The coursework consists of industry-relevant training in the theory and practice of basic nursing care for surgical cases. Students will learn the following 5 skills:

·          Prepare operating theatre for surgery

·          Prepare patients for surgery in operating theatre

·          Transfer patients between wards and operating theatre for surgery

·          Manage surgical waste

·          Clean operation room for surgery
