CFEN allows foreign registered nurses to convert to become registered nurses in Singapore.
It is a 10-month course held fully in Singapore and applicants need to fulfill these requirements:

- Advanced Diploma in Nursing
- 3 years of clinical experience
- Registered licence as a nurse
- IELTS 4.5 or equivalent
- Healthy
- No criminal records
